APHS is a non-profit organization of individuals and companies created to discover, preserve and share information and memorabilia relating to the history of the commercial poultry industries, including the role of breeds now rarely raised. Their American Poultry Industry Hall of Fame was created to recognize individuals whose accomplishments advanced the industry throughout history.
