Overview
AMERIFLO is a centrifugal pump & Diesel engine manufacturer with end suction [EF], vertical inline [VI], single stage split case [HS], two-stage split case [HS(2)] and vertical turbine [VT] products available. AMERIFLO also has full skid and container packaging capabilities [GEN-PAC] for applications where a system is required at the job-site. With flows starting at 50 GPM and stopping at an incredible 220,000 GPM (in both 50 and 60 cycle speeds) with pressures from 40 PSI to 1000 PSI. With one of the largest hydraulic coverages available from any North American centrifugal pump manufacturer, this combination of products will allow AMERIFLO a significant presence in the Commercial, Industrial & Municipal global markets complimented by very competitive market pricing. Lastly, AMERIFLO is a one of a select few pump manufacturers who fully supports all of the optional metallurgy requirements in split case and vertical turbine for sea water applications by using bronze and super duplex stainless steels (2205 & 2507) as materials for these extremely corrosive applications.
Standard pump construction consists of ductile iron casing (or bowl) with 304 stainless steel impellers. All shafts are constructed out of 420 stainless steel for higher horsepower ratings complimented with superior corrosion protection to that of standard carbon steel materials. Bearings on the end suction [EF] and split case [HS] feature purge grease construction which allows for re-lubrication of the bearings while purging the old grease out of the housing. All bases feature jack-screw pump and motor adjustment to aid in completing filed alignment at the job-site.
Today, AMERIFLO has one of the most hydraulically complete product lines with the lowest documented HP models available for the fire protection markets.
