Biscomerica Corp. is a privately held bakery located in Rialto, CA, and housed in a state of the art 250,000 sq foot peanut free facility producing premium cookies and candy at competitive pricing. Under licensing agreements with Knott’s Berry Farm and Sun-Maid growers, Biscomerica produces cookies under its own brands Sweet Serenity and Basil’s.
