Since 1915, the name Boskovich has been synonymous with fresh, quality produce. Today, four generations later, Boskovich Farms is still family-owned-and-operated. We grow on more than 18,000 acres in California, Arizona, and Mexico, producing over 30 different vegetable crops year-round. Our product line-up includes a variety of conventional and organic fresh produce also available year-round. In addition, our processing division, Fresh Prep, provides a diverse line of retail and foodservice items. In 2022, Boskovich Fresh Food Group, Inc. launched Green Fork, an inventive, fresh new line of salad kits, tender leaves, salad blends and packaged veggies, and Fair Earth Farms, an innovative, sustainable new line of organic salad kits and salad blends with exceptional quality and freshness packaged in plant-based, fully-compostable bags. Fair Earth Farms is the next chapter for the company focusing on fresh produce coupled with a renewed commitment to sustainable innovation within the category.
