Cheese Bits is an artisanal all-natural on the go snacking cheese, made in Northern California. We produce Pasta Filata cheeses, meaning stretched or pulled curd which then undergoes a kneading treatment of the fresh curd in hot water, which gives the cheese it’s structure. The technical name for our cheese is Scamorza (Sca-More-Za), which tastes like a delightful fusion of fresh mozzarella and mild provolone, we make this type of cheese in the Pearls and Tots format.
