The HiRise, CurveBeam AI’s third-generation weight bearing CT system, is a multifunctional solution that can scan the entire lower extremities, including the hip and pelvis. The HiRise offers the largest patient platform in its class and an unprecedented 40 cm diameter field of view. The HiRise gantry tilts 90 degrees for ergonomic upper extremity imaging, as well as supine imaging of the knees and feet.

Compared to conventional full body CT imaging, the CurveBeam AI HiRise is less expensive to maintain and operate. Its compact size and infrastructure requirements make it practical for the outpatient setting, including orthopedic clinics.

Scans are billed via CPT codes 73700 – CT Lower Extremity and 73200 – CT Upper Extremity.
