We are a 3rd generation, family owned business with our beginnings in Brooklyn, NY. Since our inception in 1930, we have grown to 3 SQF manufacturing plants: Brooklyn, NY- Newark and Clifton, NJ where we currently produce our products. We have paired our Innovative Baking with Old-Fashioned Excellence, to create ‘customized’- though still authentic- lavash wraps, roll-ups, buns, and flatbreads for our customers, and their culinary visions. We have become a leader in the Flatbread World, partnering with some of America’s iconic food companies.
