Diamond is a vertically integrated manufacturer and produces over four (4) million
pounds of product weekly. Diamond manufacturers liquids, powders and solids.
Diamond runs six (6) blow molding lines – 24 hours a day to produce its containers, has
thirty large kettles and reactors to manufacture raw materials (organic intermediates)
and finished products, utilizes completely automated filling lines which package up to
100 gallon bottles per minute, receives raw materials via rail-with two large rail sidings –
holding up to 10 railcars, has significant bulk storage facilities with modern warehousing
and operates 25 company-owned trucks daily. Diamond also receives much of its power
from its 11 acre 1.5 MW solar farm. Diamond’s in-house art Department designs and
implements the latest in packaging.
