EAP SARDENYA SLP is a 25-year-old catalan company in charge of the primary health services for the citizens living in the Baix Guinardó neighbourhood in Barcelona, acting as a provider for the Catalan Health System (CATSALUT). Our Chart of Services includes primary health attention, Nursery services, Paediatrics, Home Care Health, Prevention Services, Odontology, Mental Health Services and other. It has a Research Unit (linked to Sant Pau Hospital IR), an Educational Unit (linked with the University UIC) and an Innovation Unit, making this EAP unique in the Catalan context. We have a strong community and social commitment impact collaborating with NGOs in the neighbourhood and the whole country, and develops social innovation EAP Sardenya has participated in a variety of European research projects through its Research Unit, centered on prevention and certain diseases, participating as partner or coordinator, usually in partnership with IR Sant Pau.
