• AutoBoxpac — Our new robot-based, modular Case Loader provides the foundation for a highly flexible end-of-line casepacking system. • AutoInspect — Our line-side inspection system integrates into your new or existing production line to ensure your product is 100% to spec. Whether you need to inspect parts and products during the production process or as a final check before shipment, we design a solution that works. Inspection can include bar code scanning, date code verification, container quality checks, feature measurement, OCR and more. Combined with the latest AI powered tools, our inspection system can learn to identify many challenging defects. 
• AutoLoad — Does your cartoning machine require a dedicated operator to load cartons from a pallet? Automated carton magazine loading systems (AML’s) have been around for decades. Unfortunately, these systems have been unnecessarily complex and expensive, resulting in operational issues and difficult ROI justification. UNTIL NOW. With a streamlined process and a simple, flexible design, the patent pending AML can be integrated with new or existing cartoning machines that include a horizontal carton magazine. • Water Soluble Pod Machines — Engenesys manufactures a product line of water soluble pod machines under contract with 229 Technologies. Drawing on their custom automation expertise, the principals of Engenesys and 229 Technologies were responsible for bringing this unique flatbed pod making technology to the market in 2015. The Unit Pod Former (UPF) machines are an evolution based on ten years of design development and refinement by these innovators of Flatbed Pod machine technology. Proven in the most demanding contract manufacturing environment, the UPF Series flatbed machine design offers substantial advantages in speed, changeover flexibility and multi-chamber pod production quality, at a drum machine price.
• Custom Automation — The foundation for our business has been the successful design and manufacture of custom automation equipment and integrated systems. We are experts with product collation and product handling in low or high speed applications. We often provide the required custom “missing link” in production processes that include a substantial amount of standard OEM equipment.
