We are world leaders in flame treaters for BOPP extrusion lines (up to 10.5m wide).

The company operates also in the field of converting material pretreatment (aseptic packaging, extrusion coating, lamination, printing, adhesive coating), as paper, paperboard, aluminum, steel, polyolefins, PET, Tedlar and in the automotive sector (for treating bumpers, dashboards and other 3D components). Flame treatment process is continuously improving; this allows its application over an always wider range of product and processes, that can actually get the benefits coming from our technology.

esseCI designes and produces flame treatment systems for polyolefins (BOPP, OPP, PE, CPP) and PET, in forms of film, sheets, panels and 3D components, to be used on big extrusion lines as well as on converting lines.

We do also design and produce (we have been the first to do that) flame treatment systems for 3D components, based on plain polyolefins or added with elastomeric compounds, to be used in the automotive industry.

The company can design and supply both complete flame treatment systems and single components, as mixture generators (in power range between 5kW and 1800kW), cooling units, burners, combustion analysis devices.
