These two plants have a combined processing capacity of more than 90,000 sheep and lambs per week, which equates to over 4.5 million head per year. Fletcher International USA based in Chicago, IL, is a subsidiary of Fletcher International Exports based in Australia. We distribute to wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, ecommerce, and food service companies in all 50 states. We offer Fresh and Frozen boxed lamb as well as retail ready items such as Ground Lamb or Tray Packed Items.
