Manufacturing of filled wafers and biscuits: with sugar, without added sugar, wholemeal, Gourmet

FLORBU was founded in 1948. It is one of the leading biscuits and wafers manufacturing companies in Spain and one of the few family-owned businesses that remain in the competitive Spanish cookie market.
In 1998, the factory was built at its current location in the Villalonquéjar Industrial Park (Burgos), occupying an area of 13,000 m², with 8,000 m² of built space.
Currently, Florbu employs more than 180 workers.
The amount invested over the past 10 years totals 35 million euros.
The current production capacity exceeds 12,000,000 kilograms.
We export to more than 40 countries.
In 2026, we will inaugurate a new plant adjacent to the current one, which will allow us to double our total production capacity in the future.
