Greyston Bakery is mission-driven commercial bakery based in Yonkers, NY. In addition to baking delicious brownies and blondies, Greyston is a social enterprise B-Corp committed to creating jobs for people with high barriers to employment (formerly incarcerated, rehab, etc.).  Greyston supplies the brownie inclusions for Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream, and Greyston’s packaged brownies and blondies can also be found at Whole Foods, at Cava Restaurants, on Emirates Airlines, and elsewhere.  

Greyston brownies are non-GMO and Fair Trade certified and come in a variety of flavors including Chocolate Fudge, Chocolate Chip Blondie, and Cinnamon Cake, and Greyston offers vegan and gluten free options as well.  Greyston also boasts substantial R&D capabilities and can provide custom flavors and packaging for food service and grocery partners.
