The IBU-tec develops and produces innovative materials of the highest quality for the industry at its sites in Weimar and Bitterfeld-Wolfen. It combines unique, partly patent-protected technology of thermal process engineering and organic synthesis with the process and material know-how of circa 250 highly qualified employees. Its own products include IBUvolt, cathode materials based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP). IBUvolt materials have outstanding properties in terms of charging times, long-term stability and safety, making them particularly suitable for batteries with high performance and durability requirements.
