IHP specializes on silicon-based electronic and electronic-photonic ASICs, offering full-custom design services. A newly developed PIC technology offers state-of-the-art photonics featuring Ge-photodiodes >100 GHz, integrated in a 5-metal-layer BEOL. A novel ePIC technology combines this with SiGe-BiCMOS that offers double fT with respect to our predecessor technology.
