IQ Energy Inc. specialises in modular gasification units tailored for biosolids processing. Our goal is to achieve significant volume reduction and cost savings for clients while also addressing technical issues, such as dust, that are inherent with biosolids thermal treatment processing.

When emerging contaminants, like PFAS, are present within a feedstock then an extended retention chamber (ERC) can be integrated into the gasification unit. This ERC provides time, temperature and turbulence which ensures PFAS is destroyed within both the biochar and gas phase.

IQ Energy’s units can be manufactured in the US or Canada and units are delivered within 10-12 months. IQ Energy’s two technology founders have been working in the thermal treatment space for over two decades, with 35+ gasification projects built prior to forming IQ Energy Inc.
