Itoh Denki has pioneered the motor driven roller (MDR) market with our brushless 24V DC Power Moller® 24, a safe and energy efficient alternative to traditional conveyors. The Power Moller® 24 consists of a standard roller tube with our motor and gearbox set inside. The Power Moller® 24 is available with an array of options to work with virtually any application, including low temperature operations, high torque applications, heavy duty pallet handling, and wash-down areas. To accompany our motorized rollers, we offer a wide range of controls, including basic start/stop, pre-programmed, and fully programmable driver cards. We continued expanding on our hassle-free solutions with the launch of our 24V DC powered transfer and divert modules.

Itoh Denki Co., Ltd. was founded in 1946 in Japan as a repair shop for small appliances and soldering tools. By 1975, we developed our own AC motor design and entered the motorized conveyor roller market. We continued to evolve in the MDR market when we developed our DC motor design that serves as a building block of our entire product line. Itoh Denki USA Inc. opened our doors in Wilkes-Barre, PA in 1996 to serve the growing North and South American MDR markets.
