The K3 & K3A models are all-layered spruce & mahogany models that feature bolt-on necks and optional AcoustiFex® K-10 pickup system and have a street price starting at $249. The optional AcoustiFex® Pickup System available in most models gives players extra tone enhancement tools to experiment with. When playing unplugged, the AcoustiFex® adds Reverb, Chorus & Delay to the acoustic tone providing studio quality sound and ambience. When plugged in to an amp, DI or mixer, the AcoustiFex® adds an undersaddle piezo pickup and a condenser mic with blend control to accurately reproduce the warm natural sound of the acoustic.
