Labrezza S.A. is a manufacturer of fresh premium pasta & doughs in different formats, all frozen. Our fresh, pasteurized ravioli line (e.g., spinach & ricotta, 4 cheese, mushrooms, butternut squash) is made with durum wheat semolina, with no preservatives and no artificial colors/flavors, ready in 4â6 minutes for fast. We have retail and foodservice packaging and shelf life are 12 months.
In doughs, we produce puff pastry and Criolla (âhome madeâ style) oven bake and for frying in different sizes and shape according to what the customers need, puff pastry (round/rectangular family size) for pies, and quiche dough with seed and whole wheat options (including vegan options). Shelve life 12 or 18 months depending of the product. Our packs include separators between discs for ease use. We export to 10+ countries (U.S., Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Spain, UAE, KSA, among others) with international-standard cold chain; our facility has been FDA-inspected. We are open to develop specific products, and flexible formats for fast retail/foodservice launches.
