After many years of being a regional mix manufacturer, we’ve expanded both our product lines and shipping ranges to accommodate partners across the United States. Our facility, now located in Sandwich, IL, is strategically positioned to efficiently ship products to both coasts. Built in 2018, our state-of-the-art facility adheres to rigorous food safety standards, earning us an excellent SQF score that reflects our commitment to producing safe, high-quality products. Beyond safety, we are deeply committed to sustainability, continuously evaluating and improving our environmental footprint to ensure a better future for generations to come.

Our mixes are crafted with fresh raw milk and cream that are rBST-free. We have a full lineup of premium ice cream mixes ranging from 10% – 18% butterfat. Our frozen custard mixes are 10% fat in both unflavored, vanilla, and chocolate options. Our soft serve mixes range from a 4% – 10% butterfat in unflavored, vanilla, and chocolate. We also have several non-dairy options. Peafection®, a non-dairy mix using pea protein, coconut cream mix and a sorbet mix.
