At IPPE 2026, MHM Automation will showcase its all-new Reusable Plastic Crate (RPC) Erector, a compact and intelligent solution designed to streamline the production-line palletizing of meat, poultry, and other perishable goods. The RPC Erector automatically de-stacks and erects full pallets of reusable plastic containers (RPCs) for immediate production-line use, reducing manual handling, improving workplace safety, and lowering labor costs in space-constrained environments.

With a throughput of 12 erected crates per minute, the RPC Erector ensures continuous, efficient operation. Built-in safety features such as light curtains and an integrated light bar enhance operator protection and real-time monitoring.
