Overview
Mott’s Clean Water division (formerly Digested Organics) leads the way with cutting-edge filtration solutions, including our advanced water reclamation system. We specialize in converting various organic wastes, such as manure, digestate, food and beverage manufacturing wastes, and other high-strength wastewaters, into valuable resources.
Our innovative approach not only results in clean water but also concentrated co-products and, whenever feasible, the generation of renewable energy. With our water reclamation system, you can maximize sustainability while efficiently managing organic waste streams.
Nutrient Concentration & Water Reclamation (NCWR) Systems – deploy totally integrated solutions for onsite nutrient concentration and water reclamation. With most materials, we can recover more than 70% of the total volume as clean water while concentrating the nutrients significantly.
Solids Removal & Dewatering Unit (SRDU®) – The SRDU® system, renowned for its efficiency in solids removal, employs an innovative flocculation process to effectively eliminate suspended solids from wastewater.
Superfiltration – (SF) membranes represent an exciting breakthrough in membrane technology, filling the gap between ultrafiltration (UF) and nanofiltration (NF). With the utilization of the cutting-edge membrane filtration method, SF membranes redefine the possibilities in separation processes, providing sustainable solutions for various industries.
Microfiltration / Ultrafiltration Systems – systems incorporating advanced sintered alloy filter element technology, are designed to tackle the most challenging wastewater treatment applications. These systems efficiently separate solids from liquids, offering a sustainable solution for industries looking to improve their waste management processes. With durable construction and high-efficiency filtration capabilities (media grades 0.5, 0.25, and 0.025), these systems stand out as robust solutions
