Oliphant Brewing is a small, proudly unconventional beverage company based in Somerset, Wisconsin. Since opening our doors in 2014, we’ve been focused on one thing above all else: making drinks we’re genuinely excited about and sharing them with people who appreciate a little creativity in their glass.

We started, like many craft breweries, with beer. Our approach has always leaned experimental: bold flavors, playful ideas, and a willingness to try things other folks might consider a little strange. That spirit of curiosity still drives everything we do.

In 2023, we expanded beyond beer and dove into a broader world of beverages. Today, alongside our craft beer lineup, we produce hemp-derived THC beverages, house-made sodas, and a growing range of functional mushroom drinks. Each category gives us a new playground to explore flavor, ingredients, and experiences; whether that means a crisp THC beverage, a nostalgic soda with a twist, or a mushroom beverage designed for balance and focus.

At our core, Oliphant is run by a small crew of passionate makers, tinkerers, and self-described weirdos. We’re not afraid to let our freak flag fly, and that shows up in our labels, our recipes, and the energy we bring to everything we make. We believe beverages should be fun, expressive, and maybe even a little unexpected.
