Orival Inc. manufactures automatic, self-cleaning water filters for the removal of suspended particles of any specific gravity from once through and recirculating water systems. Particles removed include sand, rust, gravel, algae, pollen, silt, microbiological growth, bugs, scale, and mussels.

The filters are supplied with stainless steel screens ranging from 5-3000 microns and are constructed from stainless steel or epoxy coated carbon steel, fitting line sizes ranging from ½ inch to 36 inches. Single filters handle flow rates up to 12,000 GPM and multiple units can be banked to handle unlimited flows.

The automatic, self-cleaning cycle is line pressure powered, takes only seconds, does not interrupt system flow and allows for minimal maintenance of the filter.

Typical applications include protection of heat exchangers, spray nozzles, instrumentation, pump seals, ion exchange & R.O. units, air compressors and the environment.
