PT Hailiang Nova Material Indonesia located in Lot K3, JIIPE Special Economic Zone, Gresik, East Java, is co-funded by Zhejiang Hailiang Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary, Hong Kong Hailiang Holding Co., Ltd. PT Hailiang is responsible for the construction and operation of the project of high-performance lithium copper foil with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. With a total investment of RMB 5.9 billion, the project will be constructed in two phases of 50,000 tons each. The first phase of the project is scheduled to be completed in 2023-2025. The total number of employees in Phase I is 1,000, which will create about 950 local jobs in Indonesia.
