Our Dual Screen Design features screens on opposing angles with the front screen being virtually self-cleaning. Our Receiving Screens are designed for gravity or power offload and are gravity and flow driven @400-1000 gpm. Septage and Grease are screen filtered to remove 99% of the trash atop the dual screens. Trash is manually raked to a trash tray with slotted drains, then pushed up the folding trash chute to a trash receptacle. Custom stainless-steel rake included. Trash Master 600 Auto-Screen, and the proven Trash Master 400 Auto-Screen are gravity and flow driven to separate the trash from the flow stream @400-800 gpm. Trash slides off the bar screen to the shaftless screw set in a stainless-steel U Channel Separator with UHMW liner and elliptical drain holes which moves screened trash to a receptacle. New for 2025, the Grit Master Screw Separator with shaftless Screw Conveyor manage hands free grit and debris in the waste flow stream. Our Grit Eliminator channel uses gravity to remove grit from the flow stream. The Rock Trap 400 with shaftless screw conveyor allows for effortless rock and grit removal.
