We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, manufacturers of Sedifilt string wound filter cartridges, and Super Fine melt Blown filter cartridges. Our cartridges are certified by NSF on NSF/ANSI standard 61. Our cartridges are being used in various large size RO plants globally including 900,000 m3/day SWRO plants. Additionally Sedifilt cartridges are being used by oil & gas industry for applications such as natural gas coalescer, amine & glycol filtration.
We make cartridges using 100% homopolymer FDA approved food grade polypropylene. Sedifilt filter cartridges have been tested by an independent USA laboratory on ASTM standard F795 for performance and dirt holding capacity. The Graphs based on laboratory results are available in our brochure & on our website: www.sedifilt.com We make our own special PP filter yarn media using US & EC patented technology. Sedifilt filter cartridges have the following advantages over ordinary PP filter cartridges. They have the best features of string wound and melt blown cartridges and then some more:

* Continuous filaments – No loose fibers to come out
* High void ratio – Low pressure drop
* Random structure – High dirt holding capacity
* Stable winding – Reduced particle unloading under pressure surges * Firm edges – Better knife edge sealing
We make filter cartridges in custom lengths up to 72 inches and diameters up to 6 inches. Ends caps as per your requirement are also possible. We also make cotton and polyester media cartridges with stainless steel core.
