We make 100% plant-based jerky made from seitan! Seitan is a wheat-based protein, which we blend with lentils to form a complete protein with all the essential amino acids. We started making our jerky because we found that most plant-based jerkies on the market were either low in nutrients or lacking in flavor. We built a plant-based jerky that delivers both.
