Southwest Minnesota State University offers the Bachelor’s degree in Culinology® & Hospitality Management.

Our hospitality management program is broad-based and includes studies in Hotel & Event Management and Culinary Management. Our four-year program prepares students for positions in hotels, restaurants, convention bureaus, resorts and other hospitality and recreational facilities.

Culinology® is the next evolution of culinary arts. It is the blending of the culinary arts and the science of food. Our Culinology program is designed to train graduates for success in food product development and provide guidance and balance from a culinary perspective within a scientific setting.
