Our xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) are crafted using an exclusive recipe developed by two culinary masters: Chef Peter Wang, with five-star restaurant experience, and Chef Norman Lu, the former head chef at Din Tai Fung’s central kitchen. These two chefs are the driving force behind our brand’s signature taste. Their expertise ensures that every dumpling achieves the perfect balance of delicate wrapper, savory broth, and fresh filling — a true tribute to traditional craftsmanship while meeting the needs of modern kitchens.
