When Terry Nguyen opened our first restaurant in Westminster, California in 2009, we filled a vital gap—offering home-cooked Vietnamese meals crafted with traditional techniques passed down through three generations. Our success led to expansion with additional locations across Orange County, as our community embraced the authentic tastes they’d been longing for.
