Our process is simple and owner-friendly. We run a full sale process on your behalf—cleaning up financials, preparing marketing materials, and bringing your business to a large network of qualified buyers. We handle the heavy lifting so you can stay focused on running the company.
We do not charge retainers or upfront fees. We only get paid if a deal successfully closes. If you don’t like the offers we bring or decide not to move forward, you owe us nothing.
