Tony Chachere’s (sash-er-ee) is a manufacturer of Louisiana Creole Style food products founded in 1981 by Tony Chachere himself in the Southwest Louisiana town of Opelousas. Tony’s produces the #1 Creole Seasoning blend in the U.S. and probably the world. Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning is a blend of salt and spices that should be used instead of salt and pepper to season any types of food. Tony’s also produces a full line of rice mixes, seasoning blends, marinades, injectable marinades, dry gravies, dry roux, breading mixes, salad dressings, and even a bloody mary mix.

All of our products contain some version of our Creole Seasoning which give each and every item we produce that unique Tony’s flavor. Our products can be found in grocery stores, through specialty distributors, food service distributors, and Dot Foods.
