We have developed and patented a superior, resilient product, made from recycled tires and rubber, that is clean and safe to use in most low-sloped roof conditions. Due to the technological advancement in design, it also provides thermal and mechanical protection that extends the life of your roof membrane while at the same time reduces energy costs and wind up-lift. Our maintenance free safety surfacing, flooring and paver products are a double tile/mat/block/paver with an authentic, quadruple, interlocking design built directly into the product, thus eliminating the need for fasteners, pins, clips, blocks, etc. Additionally, our newly patented “Button-Lock™” Technology has a tongue & groove that is designed to literally snap and hook into place, which allows us to provide both a monolithic step & repeat pattern that staggers the seams and interlocks, while at the same time provide a horizontal AND vertical pull force testing to further resist wind up-lift. This newly designed interlocking system provides the strongest locking mechanism along various parts of the product. In addition to the unique features and attractive look, we have passed many other safety tests that are the value of avoiding legal problems resulting in lawsuits that stem from inappropriate ground cover. Regarding the paver itself, we have three versions of the finished surfacing we sell; the “pigmented” version known as our “plus line” the TPV top known as our “premium line” and the Turf-Top Tiles. The differences are: the “pigmented” version allows us to coat the recycled rubber granules during the manufacturing process with a specific color to your liking, which can be painted over time, as it does fade. The “Premium-Product” is where we apply a solid layer of TPV chips (virgin rubber that is color throughout) the top during the manufacturing process to create a more UV stable product; Here we can mix up to three (3) different (EPDM) colors to create a blended top…similar to granite and/or marble.
