D. Bradley McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics at UTHealth Houston is the only free-standing school in the nation dedicated exclusively to graduate programs in biomedical informatics; offering opportunities to complete graduate certificates, masters, doctoral and dual degree programs. It is also the only academic program of its kind in Texas. Our mission is to educate future scientists & professionals in biomedical informatics & health information technology, conduct informatics research to improve health care and advance biomedical discovery and develop advanced informatics tools to solve problems in health care.
