Van Tongeren developed three models of air classifier in 1958, using knowledge of air flow gained through the earlier development of cyclones used widely throughout the Oil and Petrochemical industry. Our air classification equipment is used to classify particles into different size ranges. We sell 3 distinct air classifiers for different applications depending on the properties of the particles to be separated. We utilizes a completely dry process. No water is ever involved which leave the product completely dry. Our air classifier designs contain no moving parts and require less maintenance than “whizzer” type of equipment. Our product has clean cut point which allow the customer the option to sell both their coarse and fines.
