Vemax story for Slitter Rewinders

37 years ago, Julio Altemani was a converter needing to improve his operation.  He could not find what he wanted so he stared to design and manufacture equipment to meet his needs. Using his educational background as a Mechanical Engineer he designed his first rewinder.  Other companies took notice of the improved performance and Julio decided to concentrate on equipment.

Today that vision has turned into Vemax, an international supplier for the label, film, plastic, tag, foil and paper industries with over 750 installations. Julio continues to use his Mechanical Engineering skills to be the driving force in our commitment to use the latest technology to solve production issues.  Based in Valinhos, Brazil the company has grown to include our 2500 sq meter (27,000 sq foot) manufacturing space which includes the machining centers, quality control, mechanical and electrical assembly, engineering, parts -customer service, and administrative center.  Our 60-person team is ready to solve your production issues. 

Vemax is an international supplier working with major brands like CCL, Bemis, All 4 Labels, 3M, Sealed Air, Kurz, Nipro, Sato, RR Donnelley, Brady, Tesa Tape and other family companies.

We have installations in North America, South America, Central America, Africa, and Europe.
