The Vincent Series KP press has replaced the centrifuge as the preferred method to separate shell from inedible egg. Many sizes are available to handle throughput requirements ranging from hatcheries to in-line breaking. Other applications are feather and offal pressing.
Its simplicity of design and lack of high speed components make the KP press much more reliable and less costly to operate than a centrifuge. It is also quiet, eliminating the need for ear protection usually associated with a centrifuge.
