Overview
VPC supplies high-quality fiberglass products such as flumes, manholes, metering manhole systems, manhole covers, shelters, fans, duct and more to the industrial and municipal water and wastewater markets as well as government and commercial customers. Our state-of-the-art technology provides excellent solutions whenever chemical and environmental challenges must be met.
Fiberglass products are an economical and non-corrosive solution for almost any application. Our sales and engineering staff works with customers from project conception through installation to completion to ensure their needs and expectations are met at every stage of an order. Additionally, VPC offers extensive repair and restoration services for fiberglass products on-site or at one of our facilities.
VPC’s manhole systems, including sewer rate reduction systems, grinder manhole systems, and open channel flow metering manhole systems, are manufactured as a total flow monitoring solution and may be supplied with any flume or flow measurement weir integral to the structure. VPC manholes are manufactured using a solid single-piece design, assuring that the manhole will never leak, eliminating infiltration at the site. Fiberglass manholes weigh only a fraction of pre-cast manholes, allowing for quick and easy installation with less equipment and labor. Fiberglass construction ensures that corrosive liquids and gases will not cause structural problems, enabling the manhole to serve a long, maintenance-free life. Their compact and lightweight design makes them ideal for industrial and municipal applications.
Our staff is proud of our elite customer service, short lead times, high-quality custom work, and comprehensive engineering capabilities. We don’t shy away from complex custom jobs and will walk customers through the complete manufacturing process, including design, fabrication, and service, both during and after installation, ensuring a product that is well suited for its intended application.
