VisiPak serves a wide range of industries with clear packaging manufactured in our USA facilities. Products are manufactured by multiple processes:  thermoforming, extrusion, vinyl dip molding, and injection molding. From clamshells, blisters, trays, and custom thermoformed packaging and containers to extruded tubes and tubing, complete with closures. VisiPak production tubing is cut to the length required and we stock tubing in 4-foot lengths. Our clear tubing is converted to containers by adding vinyl dip molded or injection molded caps or plugs. There is a wide variety of closures to choose from, and specialty products increase the value VisiPak can offer. Additionally, a bottom insert can be adhered with adhesive to one end of a tube to create a clear tube container.

Aside our original clear tube container, another option from an extruded tube is our patented Recyclapak™.  This version of our tube container is reuseable, airtight, watertight, and fully recyclable in the same stream as water bottles!  Why? Because it is completely made from PET material. No solvents are used to adhere the bottom to the tube. The patented process melds the components into one solid tube. VisiPak packaging also features many FDA approved materials for direct food contact. We have manufactured parts from wide variety of materials within each process. Thin gauge thermoforming is our clamshell and blister packaging process and heavy gauge thermoforming is also available for larger parts, or when durability is required.
