WavePro® is a ceramic-filled PTFE dielectric material engineered for antennas, lenses, phase shifters, radomes, and other RF/mmWave applications. It is available in dielectric constants from 2.0 – 20.4, as an unclad dielectric, and as a copper-clad laminate.
Standard 18 x 24 inch panels are available up to 10 mm thick. Build-to-print manufacturing is available for conformal surfaces, 3D shapes with complex geometries, surface patterns, layered materials with different permittivities, and gradient index (GRIN) lenses.
WavePro’s precise formulation and manufacturing process results in an ultra-low-loss material with superior mechanical and thermal stability, making it an excellent choice for reliable, high-performance wireless applications.
