Founded by Ken and Karla Werner in 1994, Werner Gourmet Meat Snacks started making beef jerky as a home-based operation on the Oregon Coast. Driven by a commitment to quality and a hands-on approach, the business steadily grew – moving to a full production facility in Tillamook, expanding product lines to include meat sticks and candy snacks. Through each phase of growth, the Werner brand has remained rooted in its values of authentic flavors, high standards and deep family involvement.
