Wrapade products are now a part of Circle Packaging Machinery, Inc., and have been moved from Fairfield, New Jersey to Circle Packaging’s newly expanded facilities in De Pere, Wisconsin. For over 60 years, Wrapade has manufactured high quality horizontal and vertical four side seal (4SS) pouch packaging systems. Wrapade’s customer base includes Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Confectionary, Medical Device and Industrial Components manufacturers. The machines accommodate web widths from 4″(101.6mm) to 30″(762mm) and utilize all commercially available heat sealable films and laminations. Wrapade’s exclusive seal system offers high integrity seals including chevron seals for easy peel opening. All machines come standard with Allen-Bradley HMI controls and PLC allowing for more efficient product changeovers and machine adjustments while in production. Utilizing the experience of Wrapade and Circle Packaging, support is ongoing for tooling to the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Nutraceutical industries for Wrapade flexible pouch packaging machinery.
