All Pulseroller SENERGY® motor rollers and drive products utilize 10-pole brushless DC (BLDC) motors paired with all-metal planetary gearboxes. This architecture delivers high reliability, strong torque output, and smooth, quiet operation, even in demanding conveyor environments.

Combined with patented control technologies, the SENERGY® product line delivers high-performance, flexible MDR control solutions across a wide range of applications. Available options include accessories, interlocking, and specialized coatings to support Washdown (NSF-rated, IP66, IP69K), Freezer, Mechanical Brake, Pallet handling, and other material handling requirements.
